5. Data Security

Data Retention Periods:
- Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 2 years after account deletion
- Foraging records and photos: Retained until you delete them or your account
- Crash logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging purposes
- Location data: Retained with foraging records until deleted
7. AI Training and Data Usage
We may use anonymised and aggregated data derived from your usage of the Forageable App for the purpose of training and improving our artificial intelligence models and algorithms. This data will not contain any personally identifiable information and will be used solely to enhance the functionality and performance of our services. We will not use your personal information for AI training without your explicit consent. AI training and data usage consent can be removed in the app preferences.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside the United Kingdom and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal data, to the United Kingdom and process it there.
